Sport-Tek ST350 performance tee with your company logo
When a cotton tee is too hot, the ST350 is the answer. It is 100% polyester, wicks sweat, and the PosiCharge finish keeps the shirt color from bleeding into the print. Printing on polyester
Polyester can dye-migrate: the shirt color bleeds into a white or light ink when it cures. PosiCharge reduces that, and we cure at the right temperature on our conveyor dryer and use a low-bleed plastisol on darks. Discharge and water-based inks are for cotton only; on the ST350 we use plastisol or DTF.
Decoration options
Screen print (1 to 2 colors, front and back) is the usual pick for crew tees. Left-chest embroidery is the usual pick for polos and button-front work shirts. Battle Born Clothing does both in-house in Yerington, NV. Name drops (first name or title under the logo) are quoted per job. See decoration for how each process holds up on the job.
