The PC61 is the shirt most of our trade crews wear. It is a heavyweight 6.1-ounce cotton tee that holds a print, survives a jobsite and costs $6.04 blank. Battle Born Clothing prints and embroiders it in-house. We consider it quite a bit better than Gildan at the same money.

What a PC61 crew tee costs
The number most contractors ask for: 48 black PC61 tees with a 1-color logo on the front and a 1-color back print are $15.22 each all-in plus $40 in one-time screens. That is $6.04 for the blank, $4.34 per print location, and a $0.25 flash per location because the shirt is dark. On a light shirt the flash drops off. Full math is on the pricing page.

Decoration options
Screen print (1 to 2 colors, front and back) is the usual pick for crew tees. Left-chest embroidery is the usual pick for polos and button-front work shirts.
