CornerStone CS401 ANSI Class 2 hi-vis safety tee with your logo

The CS401 is a Class 2 shirt: safety yellow or safety orange polyester with reflective tape around the body and over the shoulders. It is the shirt road crews, utility contractors and site workers near traffic are required to wear. Battle Born Clothing prints or embroiders a logo on it in the spots that leave the rating intact. Hi-vis garments are quoted per job.

Where the logo can go on a Class 2 shirt
- Left chest, above the pocket: standard spot, 3-4 inches wide, between the pocket and the tape.
- Upper back, above the horizontal tape: company name, 8-10 inches wide, one color.
- Never over the tape. Covering reflective material reduces the rated area and can void the Class 2 rating.
- Ink color: black prints cleanly on both safety yellow and safety orange. Light inks on hi-vis need a flash and are quoted per job.
We wrote a plain-language guide to the three ANSI classes and logo placement: ANSI hi-vis classes and logo placement. The long version with photos is on the main site: https://battlebornclothing.com/blogs/custom-apparel-guides-screen-printing-embroidery-dtf-tips/ansi-hi-vis-classes-logo-compliance
Decoration options
One-color screen print is the usual choice on hi-vis. Left-chest embroidery works too; we use a light backing so the mesh does not pucker. Both quoted per job with the garment.
